Hello and Welcome!

Me

I was making marks before I could speak, like most of us did, I just never stopped. I still remember my joyful satisfaction from drawing with creamy eyeliner.

The pull to engage in creative activities always stays strong, it is my oxygen. And all big questions of life fuels my passion to create works that reflects aspects of our existence. Everything is connected, from waves in the ocean to magnetic fields of a massive black holes.

Life is a path of constant change and discovery.

Drawings

I am one of those who loves the grain. Maybe it comes from taking images with my analogue camera, maybe from cloud gazing or spending many hours in the fog. Or, maybe my deep love to mezzotint is encoded into my catalogue of preferences and I transform it into my art.

I love pencils and everything related to the process of drawing: the feeling of hand made textured paper, the fragrance of wood and the sound of metal blade against pressed pigments.

In my early teenage years I started pointillism but I wasn’t satisfied with the look and overall quality of the work, would it be ink or acrylics. I discovered my own way of creating high quality drawings. It takes time, precision and patience. Drawing for me is a meditative process and also an adventure.
