SHIPPING and DELIVERY

Processing Time

All orders are aimed to be shipped from the UK within 3-5 working days. Metal prints are made to order and processed within 21 business days (usually earlier) before it gets shipped from UK. If your order contains multiple items, the item with the longest lead-time will determine the despatch date.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Delivery costs and estimates

Free UK delivery on all orders. Flat rate of £10 on orders to the rest of the World. International customers may likely be liable to local taxes or duties which are not under my control.

Parcels are shipped with Royal Mail, UPS and Parcel Force.

Delivery time usually takes 1-3 days UK, 2-4 weeks for Europe and 4-6 weeks for the rest of the world*.

*Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Those delays can exceed the estimated delivery times stated above. If your order exceeded the given time by a week, please contact me and I will trace your package. Please note that this process can take a few weeks depending on how fast response is from shipping company.

Change of delivery dates

All orders are processed in order of confirmation date. At the moment it is not possible to amend production dates.

P.O. Boxes

Unfortunately I cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or BFPO addresses.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order at any time before it's despatched. Simply contact me with your order details.

Returns

Damaged goods: Please inspect your order before signing for your delivery and contact me as soon as possible if the item is damaged in transit or, if you received the unwanted item. Make sure you have taken photos to make it all easier.

As soon as I will receive your request, I'll send you instructions on how to return your order.

Please, repack the item in the original packaging it came in and please note that the item(s) must be in the original condition you received it in.

Once I receive your returned order, I'll replace it or refund it. I cannot refund shipping costs for orders delivered outside the UK (unless the product is faulty or damaged).

Process time for all refunds are within 28 days.

I recommend you to keep a proof of postage for any returned item(s) as I cannot consider a claim for returned goods lost in transit without one.
